Delete your account

You can delete your account and your data at any time, with or without the app.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, phone number, photo, availability and travel zone.
  • Your sign-in methods (Apple, Google, passkeys), devices and notifications.
  • Your pending applications, which are withdrawn.

Past games and ratings remain in the other participants’ history, attributed to “Deleted user”. Backup copies are erased within 12 months.

Before you delete

If you’re confirmed for an upcoming game, withdraw first. If you organize an upcoming published game, cancel it first. Deletion is refused while a commitment remains.

In the app or on the web

  • In the mobile app: Profile, Settings, Privacy, Delete my account.
  • On the web: sign in, then Profile, Privacy, Delete my account.

You confirm with your password, or by typing DELETE if you sign in with Apple, Google or a passkey.

Without the app: request by email

Enter your account’s email address. We’ll send you a confirmation link that’s valid for one hour. The account is deleted only when you confirm from that link.
